Έγκριση λειτουργίας κοινού προγράμματος μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών, μεταξύ του Ελληνικού Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου και του Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου, με τίτλο «MSc in Enterprise Risk Management».

Έχοντας υπόψη:

1. Τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 2 του Ν. 2552/1997.

2. Τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 2 του Ν. 3685/2008.

3. Τα εδάφια α΄ και β΄ της παρ. 3 του άρθρου 6 του Ν 3685/2008.

4. Τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 80 του Ν. 4009/2011.

5. Τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 34 του Ν. 4301/2014.

6. Το πρακτικό της από 27−6−2013 4ης συνεδρίασης της Κοσμητείας της Σχολής Κοινωνικών Επιστημών του ΕΑΠ.

7. Το πρακτικό της από 12−7−2013 242ης συνεδρίασης της Διοικούσας Επιτροπής του ΕΑΠ.

8. Το από 18−3−2015 ειδικό πρωτόκολλο συνεργασίας μεταξύ του Ελληνικού Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου (ΕΑΠ) και

του Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου (ΑΠΚΥ) που εγκρίθηκε στην 267η/29−1−2015 συνεδρίαση της Διοικούσας Επιτροπής του ΕΑΠ.

9. Το γεγονός ότι από τις διατάξεις της πράξης αυτής δεν προκαλείται δαπάνη εις βάρος του κρατικού

προϋπολογισμού, εγκρίνουμε:

Από το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2015−2016, τη λειτουργία του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος «MSc in Enterprise Risk Management», ως Κοινό Πρόγραμμα Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών σε συνεργασία με το Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου (ΑΠΚΥ)

Άρθρο 1

Γενικές Διατάξεις

Η Σχολή Κοινωνικών Επιστημών του Ελληνικού Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου θα λειτουργήσει από το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2015−2016 Κοινό Πρόγραμμα Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις της πράξης αυτής.

Άρθρο 2

Αντικείμενο − Σκοπός (Description)

Risk Management is increasingly being recognized as the key for achieving and driving sustainable organizational performance, regardless if the organization is active in the public sector or the private sector and industrial domains.

This Master's Programme in Risk Management is designed around four year−long thematic units and a Master's thesis, which capture the essential knowledge, and skills that

are essential to a competent and contemporary Chief Risk Officer in any type of organization or enterprise.

The Programme is designed to provide formal education contemporary Risk Management and its natural extensions to Crisis and Emergency Management to graduates.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of the Master in Risk Management students will be able to:

• Understand the role of the Chief Risk Officer

• Understand the main issues concerning Organizational Analysis, Crisis Protocols and Procedures

• Understand the main issues concerning Continuity Planning and Preparedness Training

• Use Essential Qualitative and Quantitative Techniques Proslipsis.gr

• Understand the main issues concerning Risk Identification, Risk Evaluation and Risk Treatment

• Understand the main issues concerning Risk Information Systems and Technologies

Target audience

The program is likely to attract industry−sponsored applicants or even groups, i.e. from organizations that are in the process of developing or strengthening their own risk management functions. The tight focus of the program on all aspects of risk management but in a generic format makes it an ideal postgraduate course in Risk Management

for candidates from all over the world to apply for the qualification.

Admission Requirements

1. Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree from a valid/recognized higher education institution.

2. All candidates must provide evidence of their English language ability.

Άρθρο 3

Μεταπτυχιακοί Τίτλοι

Οι φοιτητές, με την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση των σπουδών τους, θα αποκτούν επίσημο κοινό Μεταπτυχιακό

Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης από τα δύο συνεργαζόμενα Πανεπιστήμια (joint degree). Ο χορηγούμενος τίτλος θα είναι στην αγγλική γλώσσα, θα είναι ενιαίος και θα χορηγείται από το ΕΑΠ και το ΑΠΚΥ.

Άρθρο 4

Για την απόκτηση του Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης (Master) είναι υποχρεωτική η επιτυχής παρακολούθηση τεσσάρων Θεματικών Ενοτήτων, καθώς επίσης και η επιτυχής ολοκλήρωση της Μεταπτυχιακής Διπλωματικής Εργασίας. Το σύνολο των Πιστωτικών Μονάδων (ECTS) που απαιτούνται για την απόκτηση του ΜΔΕ ανέρχεται σε 120.

TUl (ERM50) Organization and Management − The Environment of Risk Management

This thematic unit presents important issues related to the economic environment in which a firm operates, focusing on concepts and practices of the modern firms'  Management and Human Resource Management Learning Outcomes: The purpose of this thematic unit is to provide students a modern economic framework for analyzing a variety of problems that managers face in today's business environment, as well as to emphasize the strategic and coordinating role of a management executive.

TUl (ERM60) Advanced Quantitative Methods for Risk Managers and Decision Making

The objective of this thematic unit is to provide the general framework of quantitative methods and their application in business applications. Furthermore, this sub module describes the analytic methods managers use in a wide variety of decision situations.

Learning Outcomes: The purpose of this thematic unit is to help students understand how a model is built up, how it is specified, how it is estimated and finally how it is tested using diagnostic tools, which test how well a specified model fits the data.

TU3 (ERM51) Risk Management and Risk Management Standards

This thematic unit presents important issues related to Risk Management Standards and Risk Management Information Systems and Technologies. Proslipsis.gr

Learning Outcomes: On successful completion of this thematic unit, students will be able to understand the main issues concerning Risk Standards Evolution, Integrating risk management in organizational functions as well as Decision Support and Executive Information Systems.

TU4 (ERM61) Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning

The objective of this thematic unit is to provide the general framework of Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning

Learning Outcomes: On successful completion of this thematic unit, students will be able to understand the main issues concerning Organizational Analysis, Crisis Protocols and Procedures, Continuity Planning and Preparedness Training

Μεταβατικές Διατάξεις

Όσα θέματα δεν ρυθμίζονται στην παρούσα απόφαση θα ρυθμίζονται από το ειδικό πρωτόκολλο συνεργασίας καθώς και από τα αρμόδια όργανα σύμφωνα με την κείμενη νομοθεσία.
